  This place has good food and a very friendly vibe. Nice vegetarian options and fun cocktails. The fajitas are especially good. Great service, too.

  Pick up for cinco de mayo.. everything was great! Ordering was easy, Pick up was on time and food was well packaged and delicious. Always prefer to eat in, love the place, But knew it would be crowded and was pleasantly surprised how well the pick up went.

  I had lunch there this week with a business associate. The food was fantastic. The flavors were great. It’s exactly what you hope an ethnic neighborhood restaurant would deliver.

  How this place has such a high rating is unbelievable. First the food: the carne asada was the saving grace of my meal. Meat was marinated well and had good flavor. However, the chimichurri served with it was basically just sour oil. The green bean side was overcooked and had a funny flavor I couldn’t pin. The street corn side had no semblance to elote at all. The tortillas served on the side had absolutely no purpose. Then the quesadilla we ordered was somehow just awful. The shrimp was super salty, the cheese tasted like cheap, salty plastic, and the tortilla had no crisp or flavor. The lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomato on the side were all bland and not so fresh. The quesadilla really needed a salsa or sauce to save the dish but that isn’t included. Now the service. We get there and it’s busy. Fine. The hostess gives us a time estimate of 30-40 minute wait. We put our name down and wait patiently on the bench inside. We aren’t seated for over an hour. Still fine. Then after being seated, we waited 25 minutes before our server finally comes by to introduce himself, by which time two other parties who were seated 5 and 10 minutes after us received their drinks and had their orders taken. We waited a total of 35 minutes before our drinks arrive and our orders are taken. This type of service is unacceptable. The food came out shortly after we placed our orders, thankfully, but they weren’t hot. The whole scene is also super loud. Cannot recommend this place in good faith. Also, let it be known there is a credit card convenience fee that was not advertised.

  I ordered the carne asada .. idk I was just disappointed in the quality of the food. The steak was just so tough i couldn’t eat it. I was excited for this meal based on the other reviews and pictures but feel like I wasted my money. Sometimes I feel like restaurants don’t care about take out orders.
