I told them that I was just ordering a bagel and she said yes that would be 45 minutes. I was a bit shocked and then a person that was a manager walked over and said yes. We are running a little bit behind and it will take some time. I said well I'm going to go ahead and order anyway and he said I'll try to get it out to you within 15 to 20 minutes. 7 minutes later I had my bagel which I'm pleased with but why you telling customers 45 minutes when it's only going to be 7 minutes. The first employee that assisted me was borderline rude but the manager was nice. My bagel was okay but not exceptional. The place could be really nice but it looks so sparse. They have tables all over with no chairs. I don't really understand that. It does not look welcoming at all. It also looks like it is not very well maintained. I did intend to dine in but there were no chairs at the tables that I wanted to sit at.
