    New to the area. Went for dinner last night. Used our USC football coupon. Pros.. my husband and I often share a meal. They split our soup in the kitchen and also our chicken marsala. Cons…soup was lukewarm at best, mashed potatoes were room temperature and the sauce had a burnt taste. We were in the section closest to the kitchen. I kept hearing a chime like someone was getting texted. But none was seated behind us. It was loud. I believe it was the kitchen being notified that an order was coming in. Annoying!!!

    Bartender didn't know how to make a long Island iced tea and a double vodka and soda tasted like a single with very little ice. Went to wine instead of the long Island he made, and my husband was unable to drink. A 9 Oz glass of wine was $22.00. The couple next to us waited over 10 minutes to get noticed while the bartender watched TV. Will not go back

    A friend and I picked up a to-go order. It was supposed to be ready at 2:51. We got there a little before 3:00. No one talked to us for at least 7 minutes even though we kept making eye contact, and servers kept passing by. Finally one waitress says “are you waiting to be sat or pick-up?” We said “pick-up” and she just walked away without saying anything else. We’re still just standing in the doorway. 10 minutes later one of the cooks asks us the same question. There’s another few people at this point waiting for pick-up orders as well. We finally get the food at 3:25, over a half hour after it was supposed to be ready! All the staff looked like they were actively working, but in all the restaurant jobs I’ve had, drive-through/pick-up orders were the priority. Kind of disappointing that no one acted like they cared that we were there or even apologized for our 30 minute wait. Food was all there though when we got it.
