While I did not dine in, I ordered for takeout with another service provider. I had a decently large order of veal parm, fra diavolo chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, cheesecake, mango iced tea gallon.
The veal parm was below average at best. The veal was ok itself. But the pasta had no sauce. Actually 0 red sauce which I don't think is right according to pictures online. That piece alone really brought this dish down. Who wants plain pasta with no sauce?
The spaghetti and meatballs also had a similar issue. There was the smallest scoop of red sauce to the point we just opened a canned jar of red sauce at home.
The fra diavolo was the only average dish. But the chicken was a but dry. But at least it had enough sauce to help with that.
The cheesecake was never in the delivery bag. So I can't say if it was good or not but the kitchen just never double checked if it was in there or not.
The gallon of mango iced tea was bad. Maybe online it should state specifically it is unsweetened ice tea.
For my first experience with bravo food I will say it was 2/10. I probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone for how pricey it is and how poor the quality and service of the food was.
25 minute wait in the lobby before anyone bothered to come to the front to assist customers. Ridiculous. Cold staff welcome. Other locations provide better services.

Ordered through Doordash. Spaghetti and Meatballs had a staple embedded in one of the meatballs. An actual staple! Eat at own risk!
My family and I made reservations here for 5:00. We figured it would be enough time to eat, and then head to my daughter’s play.
The restaurant seemed busy, but nothing out of the ordinary for a Saturday night.
We didn’t get our food (which was still good when delivered to our table) until 6:30. I get it, a busy night. I typically have patience for these types of things being in the service industry myself, I understand.
However, the worst part about the whole experience was our server, Sharon.
As a server myself- the lack of checking in on your table when you ARE busy, is just inexcusable. When she took our order, she acted rushed and bothered. If you can’t deal with busy rushes, maybe the service industry isn’t for you. When she was finally delivering our food, she even proceeded to say, “tell me if I’m at the right table, it’s been so long.”, and asked US if she brought the correct order to the correct table. 🤯
Again, I understand being busy, but this could have been avoided by simply doing your job… and just being kind- Not like your customers are a burden.
Only Giving a 2 because the food was good.
We went here for dinner tonight and our server was Sharon I. From start to finish the service was absolutely awful. She was cold, always in a rush at our table, never stopped to see how the food was or if we needed anything, and took forever just to come back for things. We understand she had a party and was busy, however the party wasn’t there the whole time we were, and before they arrived the service was still bad. Even being busy with a party, it’s unfair to forget about the rest of your tables who are paying customers. Why should we have bad service because we showed up somewhere that was hosting a party, that’s not our fault. The managers should strongly consider putting one server strictly to take care of parties if the servers can’t handle it. I’m pretty understanding and would’ve given her some grace had she even stopped at our table once to see how we were, and apologize for the wait times because she was slammed. But we didn’t get that. The few times she was at our table she seemed to be extremely bothered by us and made us feel really uncomfortable like she was annoyed we were there. You can be a busy server and still quickly check in on tables, be apologetic, and just be kind. She basically threw our checks at us and left the table without a “thanks, have a good night” or anything at all. This was by far the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant.
