    My husband and I came for lunch and we were not disappointed! We started with the mushroom bruschetta and that earned 5 stars all by itself!!! With the addition of our meals (Bravo pasta and Mortadella Panuozzo), we were pleased from start to finish. Stellar service and great food made this an enjoyable afternoon out!

    My best friend ,in from out of town, and I chose Bravo Italian Restaurant for lunch and to catch up on our lives. We had the chicken parm. It was wonderful! The service was great. Our server was awesome explaining the menu making suggestions. Even the other customers were friendly. We had a lovely time.

    I hadn't been to bravo in about 5 years. I was on McKnight road and decided to pop in. The hostess was fantastic, the new manager was great, and the waitress was indifferent. I asked the waitress if the insalata de la casa salad was included in the side salad price of the chicken meal (non pasta dish)? She nodded her head yes. When the bill came, the salad wasn't added on as the add on price of $7.99 to the meal, but a stand alone salad price $9.99. I asked about it and with a stone face she said that the add on side salad price is only for the pasta dishes. I showed her where it says on the menu that it says to add a salad for $7.99. she shrugged and said that the menu was wrong. I asked the new manager about it and she became void of emotion and went stone face too and said that's just the way the menu is and it's wrong.

    We had such a wonderful experience at Bravo Italian Kitchen on McKnight Road! Our server, Kristen, was incredibly pleasant, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. She made us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the excellent service made the entire experience even better. We will definitely be back!

    I had such a pleasant experience at Bravo on McKnight Road Saturday night! We were greeted by our server, Kristen, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. She gave us some great recommendations, was very attentive, and made wonderful conversation with us throughout our visit. We come to this location frequently, and it was so nice to see a new, beautiful, smiling face! Kristen made our experience even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her positive energy and great service. We will definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!
