When my friend and I get together we always order bird on the run and it is always, without a doubt, the best part of our day. I mean it so wholeheartedly when I say this food is the best food I have the pleasure of eating in Pittsburgh. People might ask, “what’s so special about it?” I literally don’t know. It’s just the best. We look forward to it every time we hang out. Thanks!!!

I have never been more disappointed with bird on the run my life! I have been a loyal customer for them since they first open up and have brought so many customer to them as well as from Penn hills location, original location in east liberty to seven south side. I have tried reaching out to them to fix an issue and still have yet to hear back let alone phone line doesn’t even ring so how do you contact them. Customer service is definitely not there anymore since new ownership and it’s disappointing.
