This classic sport bar is located at the lobby of Westin. Definitely a great sport bar with classic bar food. WiFi is fast. Game day vibe is great. Some special events are available.
I finally got a lunch here. I added a fried egg to my cheeseburger. It was juicy with two decent patties. My server told me each burger came with two patties when I asked for single patty. The burger could be better adding more veggies. The clam chowder was a little thick but tasted great.

Disorganized service and incorrect order at the Pittsburgh location—won't be back.
I ordered takeout from Bill's Burgers in Pittsburgh around 9 PM and arrived a little early, fully expecting a short wait. However, the overall experience was frustrating and completely disorganized.
When I walked in, no one greeted me and there were no clear signs directing takeout customers where to go. I eventually found a hostess sitting in a corner reading a book. When I asked for assistance, she just pointed toward another corner. I waited there, but no one ever came over to help. I went back to the hostess, who finally checked behind the counter—my food wasn't ready yet, which was fine since I was early.
After using the restroom, I returned and continued waiting. Staff brought out several bags of food, but no one ever announced names or acknowledged the customers waiting right in front of them. Even though they were busy and knew I was waiting from the earlier check-in, no one made an effort to update me. Eventually, I had to go behind the counter myself, search through the bags to find my name, and grab my food. Even then no one acknowledged me.
When I got to my car, the food was already cold. While I'm not overly picky about temperature with takeout, the order was also wrong. But I wasn't about to go back and get it fixed, wasn't worth the time or effort. Between a hostess who seemed more interested in her book than helping guests and actually seemed annoyed that I was asking her questions, a total lack of communication from the team, it was just a strange, rude, and disappointing experience. Even during a busy 9 PM rush, a simple greeting or quick update goes a long way. I won't be returning.

Overall, great burgers & fries. They burnt the wings, but, I'll give them grace since they are a burger place, NOT a chicken place!
