  Food was standard Arby’s but to me service makes the difference. I hate going to an establishment where you are made to feel like an inconvience for showing up and giving them money. I ordered online which should have made it easier but we started to say we had a mobile order and the woman just barked “not ready yet!” And nothing else so we asked what we should do and she just said pull up to the yellow pole. There’s multiple. Then she forgot my drink and took 7-10 business days to get it with attitude the entire time. Absolutely no manners. It’s sad it’s like this most places now. No wonder it was completely dead.

  I've seen houseplants with more personality and awareness than the ~2 staff members that were here on a sunday(september 13th, 2026, a male and female) get a different job if you cant speak. Im here for food not a staring contest. Too busy mumble-yapping to each other to do their jobs, i get shes on a headset but we were the only customers both in and out of the store, dont sit there and stare at me like im speaking mandarin. $40 spent and we cant even so much as get a total at the window. Sorry you had to interrupt your busy life to come into work.

  It took 16 minutes of waiting at the ordering kiosk in the drive thru just to get an online order that was supposed ready 16 minutes prior. By the time I had gotten my order, one of the sandwiches was cold. There was no apology for the wait. I just kept getting told one second after it had been 10 minutes of waiting. Usually I have great service here and it’s quick but today did not seem like the day.

  Why did they squash my food. Didn’t get my fries and I tried to use my boho deal coupon and they were no help.
