  My first time trying Arby's, and it was a disappointing experience. I ordered online and waited about 20 minutes at the drive-thru for pickup while several cars left because of the delay. By then, I had lost my appetite. The website also makes it unnecessarily difficult to cancel an online order. Definitely not a good first impression.

  Absolutely horrible.. cannot believe I just witnessed.. I have never eaten at an Arby's in my life.. saw the commercials on TV and wanted to try them. Work 10 hours today and then went and picked up my son and my husband are we headed to the local Arby's on McKnight road. We walked into the lobby there was a gentleman in the counter ordering and we were about two people behind we were there for about 3 minutes when all the sudden this other worker who is behind the counter started yelling and screaming and cursing at this customer at the counter who was doing nothing or said nothing to deserve to be treated or spoken to like that for any reason. And this person behind the counter was throwing the f word around this man like it was an everyday word.. my jaw just dropped I couldn't believe what I was witnessing.. this person will not stop cussing at them do that f word around like five times.. and loud yelling to the point where I had to speak up and tell him how wrong he was.. and believe me I have every great to do that because what am I by the way.. I'm a corporate trainer for servers for a national restaurant chain.. and then after a couple minutes I guess it was a manager who is behind on the line finally said something to this employee.. sorry but not sorry if that was my place he would have been fired on the spot.. needless to say we walked out.. I just worked 10 hours today all I wanted to do is try sandwich from there.. but didn't want the drama the house of negative energy and never stand for anybody disrespecting another person like that.. you guys lost a customer before you even got a customer
