This restaurant is the concept of B DeFrancis and Chef Jessica Bauer, and is making a statement in Western Pennsylvania. We strive to be environmentally responsible by using sustainable, organic, and local products, and our contemporary, modern approach has earned us a Four Diamond rating by AAA.

We flew from Canada for this dinner. When arrived they say that they do not have my reservation because it was cancelled. Actually it was cancelled BY OpenTable at 18:45 and re-reseved/ modified for 18:15 and formally confirmed. Very disappointed of the attitude of the lady that did not proposed a serious alternative (go to the bar...and we will serve you there). It was an important anniversary and we had to go out. No real customer service. No excuses, no serious options...

Our server, Chris, both professional and personable, made fantastic recommendations. I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop and my son had the Rack of Lamb. We ordered carrots and crab risotto and it was far too much food, but we wanted to try everything! Our cocktails were delicious and the view is spectacular. I highly recommend Altius and can't wait to return for the next special occasion. If you haven't been, definitely make it a point to try it!
