I went here with two friends for dinner on a weekday. There was a sign out front extolling the daily buffet, which was not present when we entered the restaurant. We chose to overlook that, assuming that the buffet would not be economical to provide, since we were the only patrons in the restaurant.
We ordered three meals off the menu, and the waiter brought only two. It was hard to tell whether this was a misunderstanding due to a language barrier, or some other issue, but the confusion points to the need to provide servers who can communicate effectively with diners, either way. The server spent most of our meal ignoring our table, and was instead busy typing on his phone. The food was decent, and portions sizes were sufficient. There are only four parking spaces, off-street, and street parking is chronically full.
We came to this restaurant because it had been a favorite, before COVID, but then they closed the restaurant and started selling alcoholic beverages out of coolers, instead. We came back when we learned that they had gone back to being a restaurant, but this experience has been very disappointing. It's not nearly the place that it once was, and that's a real shame.
Overall, don't waste your time or disappoint your guests.
