When I want to treat myself I like to get the Philly cheesesteak sandwich but this time mine had little to no meat and with it just being the size of my hand for $15 needless to say I am upset

PrimoHoagies is an incredible sandwich shop. The Thumann's meats and cheeses are second to none. Let's not forget the fresh baked bread. The side dishes, such as macaroni salad, potato salad and let's not forget dirt pudding our delicious. Having said that, this location, the strip, Pleasant Hills, and Washington are all owned by the same individual. They've destroyed the brand in Pittsburgh. The bread is not being freshly baked, the meats are not sliced properly, and the toppings are not correctly portioned. Try a Primo in Philadelphia and you'll quickly understand how much of a disappointment these locations are. Primo sends their teams to train for grand openings. They make routine visits to ensure that the brand is being represented well. Clearly that is not happening as of recent.

Came in for my first hoagie in 10 years and PrimoHoagies in Pittsburgh did not disappoint. Huge shoutout to the manager and her staff — every single person was warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The place was spotless, service was quick, and the food came out fast.
I got the Italian hoagie and it was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, perfectly stacked, and those hot peppers? A "spicy good time" from start to finish. Exactly the kind of sandwich that makes a 10-year hoagie drought worth the wait.
If you're in Pittsburgh and craving a hoagie done right, with genuine hospitality to match, this is the spot. Clean, fast, delicious, and run by a team that clearly cares. Will absolutely be back.

Came in for pick up. Ordered the Veggie Diablo with Diet Pepsi. Placed the online order 30 min before closing. Wanted Seeded bread, he gave regular bread, all he put in the sandwich was Eggplant and Onions, nothing else. 4 other ingredients were missing, and packed Cherry Pepsi, not Diet Pepsi

Do not go here. Absolutely the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I think the meat was rotten - literally the sandwich was sour. Gross. Avoid.
