  This site lost it's credit card use and was working short staff. Because of Kendra the manager everyone was told to bear with her and her staff. She should be commended for her work ethic ability to remain calm in a tough situation.

  Downloaded and looked for Pine Grove Arbys on the app... it was not showing....hmmmm? Otherwise, 2 for $7 roast beefs and orange cream milk shakes...so good

  Told my pickup time was 4:50 was 5 minutes late and ended up sitting in the drive though for 10 minutes without anyone being on the speaker to take an order where to find out why I was there which resulted in me standing inside the restaurant for a mobile order for 35 minutes waiting for my food. Food was alright but sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes and likely would have been better fresh and hot.
