This time, ZERO rice w/ cilantro was added. It seems pretty obvious to me that the employees don't like to pay attention and get the customer's order correct the first time. As far as we're concerned, my family and I will no longer spend my hard earned money for substandard customer service at Qdoba. If I want real, authentic Mexican cuisine with excellent customer service, I will support any of the local Mexican restaurants in my area. ---------------------------------------------------------------- I ordered online on 7/14/2026. They screwed up my order. I said NO beans in my burrito. So, what did they do? They put black beans in the burrito. I called to let them know, and the manager damned near showed ZERO sympathy and/or empathy, and reluctantly offered to give me a fresh order when I'm available to come back in person

I placed my order at 7:24, went to pick it up at the time it said between 7:35-7:45, still wasn’t ready. My husband said something as he was then acknowledged and they were making it by 8:00. Please do better next time or designate someone for online ordering.
