Trash scattered about tables. Sticky, greasy floors. Food was terrible and old. I did let a manager know on my visit and he smiles at us and ignored the complaint.

After I got my order and left, I realized one of my burgers was missing. When I went back to let them know, instead of helping, they immediately got defensive and acted like I was trying to scam them for free food. There was no effort to check the order or fix the mistake—just attitude and accusations. It’s frustrating to be treated that way over something so simple. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters, and this was handled very poorly. I won’t be coming back to this location. Customer service needs serious improvement.
