  My local McDonald's hasn't ever done me wrong across at least 20 orders in the past year. Doesn't matter if breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Fast food reviews are always misleading, people aren't writing McDonald's a 5 star review if their order came out as expected. Staff is always friendly. Drive thru is efficient though indoor pickup is usually fastest for me. I had one occurrence of food theft! After waiting 20 mins I went to the counter since the app no longer said my food was "ready". They knew my exact order and said someone took it as soon as it reached the front. They remade it within 3 minutes, no fuss, and gave me a bonus apple pie for my troubles.

  Letting management and ownership know that after my experience today I will not be moving past the 2nd window in your drive thru until I receive my food and it is hot, fresh, and most importantly, correct, again. Hopefully other customers start following suit. It’s called a drive thru. Not a drive thru and pull around and park and wait.

  This is one of the worst McDonald’s. You always have to pull around to the front and wait for something and it’s never quick. I waited over 20 minutes today just for an apple pie.

  Ordered a DoorDash extra hot fudge sundae (made right every time I order in store) and received ice cream covered in chocolate syrup. If you don’t go in yourself and watch them, this McDonald’s will find every way to make you pay extra and still not give you what you pay for. This is the second time in a week a sundae came out like this from there. Looked like they were shaping up back when their upper management came in a few months ago, as soon as they’re gone, back to bad.
