You can tell them what you want and they will either give you the opposite or not give you everything that you ask for it's very nerve wrecking at best.

Ordered through Uber Eats so I couldn’t just check my stuff at the store. The bag was properly sealed with no indication that it had been opened. TB forgot to give me a whole item I ordered. I paid for extra red sauce and cheese in my bean burrito and they literally didn’t give me any. Ordered cinnamon twists and there was no cinnamon sugar on the batch. Ordered hot sauce packets and I got all mild. Hilariously enough, the receipt sticker with my full order was secured to the front of the bag and was exactly what I ordered. Taco Bell’s response to my issue was “take it up with Uber Eats”. I guess I should have asked my uber delivery driver to go in and pack my order as well as put the cinnamon sugar on the twists himself. Waste of money for sure especially bc the food was LESS than mid.
