- JAJessica AyalaJun 21, 20261.0I have always loved Wingstop, but after my experience today, I’m very disappointed. I walked into the Wingstop on G Street in Huntington Park to place an order. When I approached the counter, a staff member told me that he was working by himself and that I needed to place my order online. I explained that I was already there in person and asked if he could simply take my order at the counter, but he repeatedly told me to order online instead. A few moments later, I noticed another employee working in the kitchen, so it was clear he was not completely alone. I then overheard the employee say that he was feeling burned out. While I understand that work can be stressful, customers should still receive basic service. If an employee is too overwhelmed to assist customers, management should address the situation. What concerned me even more was seeing employees preparing and cooking food without wearing gloves. That is a serious hygiene issue and made me uncomfortable about eating food from this location. I’ve always enjoyed Wingstop, but this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management looks into both the customer service and food handling practices at this restaurant..

I ordered the carrots and celery veggies but only received celery. I understand if you mess up one thing if you’re busy… but every single thing??? On top of that, my wings barely have any sauce. It’s getting drier and drier each order. I need corporate to do something about this.
