One of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences I’ve had recently. The food was rich in flavor, fresh, and served beautifully. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, making it easy to enjoy the meal. The staff was attentive and courteous, creating a very welcoming environment for customers.

I wanted to like this place. Maybe it’s because I went at an odd time, around 4p, when the kitchen might have been closed until dinner and they had the dishwasher cooking. The beef pho was just average. Wasn’t even better than average, just average. On the contrary, the pork clay pot was terrible. It wasn’t rancid or anything unsanitary, it was just lean pork meat, probably tenderloin, and not pork belly. It was overcooked and tough, which what happens when lean meat is overcooked. It was also not stewed because the broth was just soy sauce with too much sugar. The only thing clay pot about it was how it was served. See the picture, how the muscle fibers tighten leading to meat that is curled? That’s overcooked lean meat. It was not worth going all the way out there. A wasted meal.

Great drinks! The fish soup was tasty, although I would suggest not to put it in the pho section since there are no noodles
