  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. All of our beers came at different heights (rarely a full pour), took ages to get water when someone at our table was dying from ordering the hottest wings. The server even spilled one of our waters on the table and barely wiped it up. pizza took two hours to come out we had to keep asking for it. Tip was apparently included but we didn’t see it anywhere on the check screen which she got an additional tip for us not knowing that which the server definitely did not deserve. Also the TVs were out of sync so everyone inside got to see what was happening while everyone outside sees the reactions 30 seconds earlier than what is showing on the TVs outside. They must have paid for a lot of reviews because this bar is always completely empty now with 3x as many TVs as customers 😂

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an AMAZING night CK and Joe🥳 The energy, music, drinks, and overall vibe were absolutely perfect. Our bartenders were the BEST — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. You could really tell they cared about giving everyone a great experience. We laughed, danced, had great drinks, and genuinely had such a good time! Definitely one of those places where you leave already planning your next visit. I can’t wait to come back! 🔥🍹💃🏽 Highly recommend!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 EXPERIENCE!!! 🔥🍹 I had SUCH an amazing night here with CK and Joe! The vibe was everything, the drinks were on point, and the bartenders were AMAZING! They were so friendly, attentive, and made sure we were having a great time from start to finish. You can definitely tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and the bartenders made the whole night even better! 🙌🏽 I had an absolute BLAST and will definitely be coming back! If you’re looking for good drinks, great energy, and an amazing time, this is definitely the place to be! 💃🏽🍸✨

  Tailgate is hands down one of the best new spots in Northern Liberties! From the second we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Mas, Bobby, and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so attentive throughout our entire visit. Their hospitality made us feel like more than just customers.... it felt like we were guests. The owner was impressive. He made a point to check in not only with us but with other patrons throughout the restaurant. Hearing him talk about his vision for Tailgate and his commitment to making a positive impact in the Northern Liberties community made us appreciate the place even more. It's refreshing to see an owner who is so present and genuinely invested in both his guests and the neighborhood. Now let's talk about the food... absolutely 20/10! Don't skip the Brussels sprouts, Bang Bang shrimp, or the salmon. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and well prepared. The crafted cocktails were just as good and paired perfectly with the meal. Please get "THE ONE" it is not the two!!! The atmosphere is what really sets Tailgate apart. It's an elevated sports bar that feels stylish and welcoming without losing the fun energy of watching the game. The sports facts around the bar make for great conversation, and it's the perfect spot for the girlies who want to enjoy sports in a more elevated, cute setting. And guys yall will certainly find the girlies in here! The biggest compliment I can give is that we completely lost track of time because we were having such an amazing experience. We stayed way longer than we planned simply because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Tailgate has gained loyal customers in us. I'm so excited to become a regular and can't wait to see this business continue to thrive in Philly, especially with football season right around the corner.   Although it may appear to be a casual sports bar by name and initial glance, there are so many thoughtful intricate details and designs that make this place a premium bar for both sports fans and those who want to just have a great dining experience. From the very beginning the entryway highlights did you know sports facts for the home teams as well as other sports events from a variety of different sports. They have more quotes inside. A nice mural of Muhammed Ali too. Its beautiful inside, two full bars with great lighting. They also have booth seating and high top tables. The furniture is not your typical steel chairs and tables. They are sleek with wicker accents and leather cushions (that make you want to stay awhile). Way more comfortable than standard bar seating. The patio is huge and gives a Mediterranean vibe from the comfy outdoor sets (this is where we sat). You can take in natural greenery or look at the TVs from outside as well. There are more TVs than I could count, so I imagine they can accommodate fans watching multiple games at once. They were playing music, but it was not overwhelming which I appreciated. In terms of food and drinks. They have your standard beers and a wide selection of other draft choices included local breweries. My fav part about the bar was that all of the cocktails are curated. Not standard long island ice teas and old fashioned drinks. Very thoughtful layered drinks. Felt like something you'd order at a cocktail lounge rather than a neighborhood sports bar. Get The One or April’s Fool!! So good!! The food exceeded every expectation. We ordered the bang bang shrimp, brussel sprouts, watermelon salad (my fav), and honey glazed salmon with mashed potatoes (these were so so good too). Everything was delicious!! The salmon was especially impressive for a sports bar, perfectly seared. This is definitely not just bar food. We also heard great things about the wings and pizza, which I will get on my next visit. The staff were warm and attentive. The hostess was very pleasant. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The manager stopped by to check on guests throughout the evening, and even the owner, G, took time to introduce himself and chat with us. He was personable, kind, and shared some of the vision behind the bar, which I truly appreciated making our experience more genuine. We had a great conversation. All of the bartenders we engaged with were very attentive too. It was a calm night, so I cant speak to this place during a busy busy sports game night, but the customer service and hospitality were amazing for us. This place is a great addition to the local dining options already available offering many unique choices under one roof. It appeals to sports fans and people simply looking for a beautiful place to eat, drink, and relax. Sit watch the game have some wings. Or go for dinner they have lamb chops. Or a quick bite like a pizza. Or enjoy the weather sitting out on the patio with a nice drink. It doesn't try to be just one thing and that's what I think makes it special. It has the potential to be a neighborhood staple. I was very satisfied and genuinely impressed at such a great experience I had. I wasn't expecting such an elevated experience from a sports bar, but Tailgate completely exceeded my expectations in every way. I will def return, I want to try the wings and sit outside again.
