  The girl who was preparing food had gloves what was unfortunate was that she also wiped the counter with her gloves and didn't change the gloves I git horribly sick I know that the counters are cleaned with chimals she should have changed the gloves before touching food again x

  I Came in Used the kiosk because no one wanted to take me order they were more focused on drive thru. I ordered something that was very easy something that you cannot get wrong which was two chicken quesadillas and a frozen Baja Blast female gave me my bag and was dismissing me like my order was complete and I didn't even receive my Baja Blast and then they were all lost and sense of what my order actually was so I had to wait for them to make that one state I'll Talk Amongst each other and then when I got home and looked at my quesadillas they had not even a spoon of chicken on the quesadilla it was mostly cheese and it was just so flat I just could have basically got a quesadilla with nothing in it at this point wasted $20 never going back again. Not to mention when you ask them for anything regarding their order or just to get help in general they act like you're irritating them.

  Worst manager over seeing the lazy staff , they have drivers standing outside , they don’t answer the door bell , couldn’t get service for our mutual customer who pre paid for the orrder. This is a D - location. Unreal

  I have my fair share of problems with most fast food places & im in the restaurant business so I do understand how hard it is to find good help. Especially in fast food chains. That being said, this specific Taco Bell stands head & shoulders above most. Foods good, service is good & it’s clean… The only out of ordinary problem I’ve ever had is with other customers believe it or not.

  Food is pretty good, area isn't the most professional, but it's Philly. What do you expect. I went to the bathroom and they had to unlock the door for me to go in. Right as I went in, I saw one of the employees use the urinal, flush the toilet with his hand and walked straight out. What happened to employees having to wash their hands before returning to work? I've seen that employee around, thankfully I don't think he messes with the food...
