  TACO HELL! worst TACO bell experience of my entire life, waited an hour for my food and was treated like crap by the employees the whole time while I waited, the staff was yelling at customers, yelling at me, would not give a refund, they were in the kitchen laughing about how backed up they were and about how upset all the customers were. I literally in my life have never been treated like this as a customer

  Don’t go here, it’s not worth it. This TB is going the way of the other one on Chestnut. Kiosks hardly work. You can’t order/interact with a human. You will wait 30-40 mins for your order. There is no organization to the order pick up, you just wait to capture someone’s glazed over attention to show your name or order number, only for them to stare back at you with no response. I know it’s quick service and cheap, but come on. Do better or just close.

  The guy who works in the morning has a severe attitude problem. I asked if he could grill the burritos that I already ordered and he kept yelling I didn’t place an order as I have the receipt.

  They are definitely still short staffed here, but all the workers are pleasant and doing their best. My food was all accurate and piping hot so will be back again!
