- TATravis AnthonyMar 9, 20253.0I was recently on a long layover at PHL. I ordered breakfast and coffee, using the Subway app. I waited 20 minutes then walked over to the counter. No one was present, but I saw my food wrapped up on the counter next to the register. However, no coffee. I waited a good 10 minutes for an employee to appear, but nope. So I just grabbed my food and left. I asked Subway Customer Service to comp me for the coffee, since I paid using a Subway gift card right in the Subway app. And got no response!
- CNC NMar 23, 20242.0Whoever made my sandwich made it well BUT he told the cashier to ring it up as a more expensive sandwich (#16 or something) which is NOT what I ordered. They told me $17 and I was like wait WHAT?! I pointed to the menu and told the cashier this chicken foot long was only $12 so she modified the price but be on the look out of the prices you get charged vs what’s on the menu please!

The sandwiches are made quickly and the staff is friendly. Busy Subway for sure! Great sandwiches. Most of the menu has high sodium warning which is a given.
