  I stopped by for breakfast and ordered a bagel along with a breakfast sandwich with egg, meat, and a hash brown. The bagel was good, and the breakfast was okay overall, nothing special, but not bad either. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The tables and chairs were covered with food crumbs and clearly hadn’t been wiped down. We arrived early in the morning and were among the first batch customers of the day, so it seemed like the dining area hadn’t been properly cleaned after closing the night before. The self-service utensils were another issue. The knives and spoons available were visibly dirty. I asked if they had any clean ones, but was told those were the only ones available. I even took photos because I was genuinely surprised they expected customers to use them. I also asked if they had forks, and they told me they don’t provide forks at all. The food itself was acceptable, but basic cleanliness is something every restaurant should take seriously. Hopefully they improve their cleaning standards, because that was easily the most memorable part of the visit—for the wrong reasons.

  absolutely the very worst bagel i have ever had! nothing like an authentic bagel. and the chicken salad is just disgusting. never again.
