I came in this morning for brunch with my family party of 5. When we walked in to the restaurant no one greeted us for a few minutes. She was polite but the service she provided was not good at all. She put in the wrong order for my food. Never apologized or told me when she was putting it in. When I was going to finally cancel it she cut me off and said 2 more minutes. We were never offered refills on our cokes. I asked at one point for a refill she never brought it back. I asked for napkins (because there were none at the table. We also did not get any utensils) twice. She finally brought back a stack of bar napkins that the drinks get served on. There was no two bite checks, no apology for the wrong order, barely any acknowledgement. And then we get the check and there’s 20% gratuity anyway. It was definitely a situation where.we was given any ole type of service because they were getting tipped anyway
I took my sister here for a birthday brunch and we loved it! Despite both of us being relatively young we were treated like any other customer, the staff was really respectful and eager to greet us. (which we don't run into often. Normally places aren't too happy about 20 year olds and under coming in without an older adult). The place wasn't too crowded and we were seated immediately. The hostess was really nice and our server was great! Overall good experience. And we both highly recommend the breakfast nachos, they were perfect to share between two people. I will say the avocado toast does only come with one piece, so if you plan on sharing that it's probably the most difficult.

Visiting the area from Massachusetts. Loved the ambiance, age and history of the building. Had Tuna Tartare for an appetizer. Yummy! Clean, fresh with a hint of heat. Cheesesteaks for entrees. The staff were so great and engaging. Our server Natalie was outgoing and told us some of the history of the building and she and Joselin encouraged us to get the banana pudding for dessert which was fantastic. Would return if back in the area.
Food quality seems have have changed since the last time I came. I used to come every now and again for their happy hour pizzas if I wanted something quick after work but it doesn't taste as good as it used to. The prices have def increased since my last visit in Oct but with the dip in food, I wouldn't come back. Service is still overall pretty good tho

My girlfriend and I were interested in trying this spot for a few weeks. We went, and all we can say is that the food is honestly the worst we have had in our 4+ years in Philly. On social media, the food looks good. But in person, the menu is very small and limited. It's also very expensive. I got a chicken sandwich in which, no joke, the patty tasted like frozen chicken patties you get at a grocery store. It was also 21$. My girlfriend got a drink that lacked flavor for 18$ (she didn't drink it) and the short rib grilled cheese for 21$. Regarding the short rib grilled cheese, overall it was a good size, but the meat had no flavor and honestly tasted and resembled canned dog food. And the cheese, we are 95% sure it was sliced craft cheese. We also shared the potato croquettes, and it was the worst thing we had ever tasted had no flavor and was like chewing cotton with cheese in the middle. It was 17$ and honestly, in the nicest way possible, it was disgusting. Overall, the meal came out to 105 $, and it was the biggest waste of money we had ever spent. The food also made us feel disgusted, and it was the worst food I'd ever had. On top of that, the waiter, when cleaning up the table, flung a towel aggressively and got food scraps on me. I do not recommend this place.
