  I had a frustrating experience initially, as my order through the mobile app took about an hour and a half to be ready for pick up. However, I truly appreciate how the situation was handled afterward. The general manager, Eli, personally reached out to make things right, and his kindness, understanding, and professionalism completely turned the experience around. While the first attempt missed the mark, Eli made sure everything was corrected quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I left as a satisfied customer. His positive attitude and commitment to great customer service really stood out. Because of him, my overall impression of this location has improved, and I’d be willing to give them another chance.

  Just don’t go there I used to be loyal to this location. It went so downhill it’s not funny. Severe long wait time. Weird unique policies. Make you wait for the wrong food. Waste of time.

  Very disappointed with this order. The pizza was undercooked and doughy, and I received honey BBQ wings instead of the buffalo mild I ordered. We’re in the hospital and can’t fix the food, so this was a complete waste of money. Hoping this gets made right.

  Ordered pizza last night for the family. Toppingd were missing and stuffed crist wasn't stuffed. They remade the pizza while we waited there for 45 minutes for them to do so, ony for the pizza to still be missing toppings (at least the crust was right) now this morning the entire family has food poisoning. Beware.

  Disgusting food, sloppy presentation, they forget sauces and dips, better off starving or paying more for another restaurant
