  The worst Pizza Hut ever I just placed an order waited an hr for my pizza for it to never come, I call the Pizza Hut nd they continuously picked up the phone nd hung right up 4 times for them to finally say they do not have an order under that name. Every time I order from them I have an issue the workers are highly disrespectful, atp they need to be shut down!!

  We had to wait too long for our pizza. I told her light sauce and well done and the pizza had so much sauce on it and wasn't really well done. Their prices are ridiculous high. I will never return again .

  First and last time ordering from Pizza Hut which is a shame bc I like their boneless wings. Food was cold. Took over an hour to get through door dash which is insane and I paid for 2 sodas I didn’t get. I asked corporate to just cancel the order but they told me they couldn’t because the order was “pending” and to wait to see if I got my food. What a joke.

  I've been buying from this location for several years, but recently the food quality and service have gotten much worse. I'm not sure if they have a new manager, but the experience is completely different from what it used to be. Yesterday, I placed an online order for a Medium Stuffed Crust Pizza and selected pay in store. Before paying, I opened the box because I was curious to see what the new stuffed crust looked like. That's when I realized it was just a regular pizza. When I asked the employee, they told me they had run out of stuffed crust and simply gave me a regular pizza instead without telling me beforehand. A stuffed crust pizza costs about $3 more than a regular pizza. Charging customers for a more expensive item while knowingly giving them a cheaper one without informing them is unacceptable and feels dishonest. The employee called the manager over to process a refund. Unfortunately, the manager showed no apology or concern at all. The attitude was basically, "Take it or leave it. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back.

  I waited two and a half hours for my order, I called and the lady that answered said she would make my order again and give me my smores sticks for free, and she didn’t do that at all. My food wasn’t remade and I didn’t get a discount for any of it. Not only that, I ordered a Pepsi and got a Diet Pepsi instead and breadsticks instead of cheese sticks and a regular pizza instead of stuffed crust. I called the assistant store manager and he said he would make me fresh smores sticks, cheese sticks, my stuffed crust pizza and give me my Pepsi, needless to say that never happened. I am very disappointed and will no longer be ordering from here.
