I ordered a Pan Pizza but received a Hand-Tossed Pizza instead. The toppings were correct, but the crust was not what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but I was disappointed with how my concern was handled and felt like I was being treated as if I was lying. I was told the pizza could not be remade because the delivery was through DoorDash, and I was given a $5 credit. Unfortunately, the pizza cost more than the $5 credit, so I still lost money on an order I didn’t receive as requested. Also, the online ordering system continues to list drinks like Dr Pepper that are often unavailable.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever tried. I bring food from the one in Oxford Valley down to Philly because I hate this one so much. I’ve never felt so inclined to leave a bad review, this is my first one.

Not a fan of the false advertising they have tried ordering one of the deals they have in the window and they told me they don’t have that deal anymore so why is the sign in the window

I've been ordering from this location for a while and so far never had any issues with my orders.
