  I arrived at pizza hut on 07/24/26 and picked up my order i got home and the crust was wrong I then returned to the store and told them it was wrong they argued with me for 20 minutes that the order was correct they then made me wait another 45 minutes and finally said they making another pizza I then asked for a refund they refused to refund me and the manager refused to give me her name.

  This jawn is terrible , workers got bad attitudes. They forgot to make my online order and was giving me attitude because they forgot , couldn’t get a refund at that time because the manager wasn’t in and I still haven’t gotten my money back yet. Don’t come here !

  I will never order PizzaHut again thanks to this store. I will never spend money at an establishment that consistently disrespects their customers. It seem to always be men talking aggressively with women. I’m really mad because this is not my first time being disrespected at this store. I spend over $45 through the PizzaHut main app for delivery. My delivery comes with food wrong and missing. I called the store to inform them my order was wrong. A young lady answered and acknowledge they didn’t send my whole order at which I let her know my food was wrong as well. She offered to transfer my call to the manager. Not sure if he was the manager or not that picked up the phone but he had a nasty aggressive tone before I could even finish why I was calling. I asked why was he talking to me like I wasn’t a paying customer. Out of the seven times I called he hung up on me 4 times. After asking me how I was gonna get the food nasty, he stated that he had no way to get me the pizza because they don’t have drivers anymore and they used a third party drivers. I asked for a refund he stated he didn’t know how to issue refund.

  disgusting wasted 50$ cheese was bad and not melted i ordered the alfredo and it taste like spoiled milk i assume the sauce was bad and old pizza was the best part but even the pizza cheese was not melted snd taste of plastic
