  Pizza was undercooked. The Alfredo pasta sauce was watery and salty. It's supposed to be oven baked. There was no lid on the pasta, half filled and put into a box. The delivery driver went past my home to Horsham and then came back around. Food was not only terrible, it was cold. Don't see myself ordering ever again

  All these bad reviews have my head spinning, I’ve ordered here quite a few times and I’ve NEVER had an issue! Yes, they’re short staffed and busy but isn’t everyone anymore? Overworked and underpaid, but today I ordered in store and the cashier was an absolute ray of sunshine, I didn’t get their name unfortunately! My food is always 10/10 they’ve never gotten anything wrong :)

  I had the absolute worst experience with ordering and delivery on the Pizza Hut app from this location. The food was originally supposed to be delivered at 7:05 PM. After 5 different Door Dashers were turned away due to the food not being ready for another HOUR! If the order isn't ready, why is Pizza Hut having the Door Dashers come & then tell them it'll take an hour or 30 minutes. Our order didn't arrive until 9:30 PM & items were missing. Door Dash directed us to contact Pizza Hut directly who then told us to contact the Pizza Hut local location itself & then the phone weren't answered. So 3 hours after placing our order thru the Pizza Hut it finally came and was missing the Mac and Cheese, which I paid for. From start to finish this was the most aggravating experience ordering food I've ever had.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the website directly and they chose dd to deliver. Dd canceled and I never received my food. I called the number and have been on hold for 40 min!!! When I try to call the restaurant it rerouted to a call center and they tell me I have to call the store to get a refund. They hang up or leave you on hold. This is either a scam or a crazy way to run a business. They have to be surviving on nostalgia. My bill was 55$ and this is what they do. Smh

  TERRIBLE SERVICE! The GM, Dee, should be fired! I placed an order on the Pizza Hut app for delivery. A few minutes later I got a notification that my food would be delivered from DoorDash. The food arrived a little while later missing an item. I asked the driver and he said they only gave him 3 items. I called the store. Someone picked up the phone with an attitude. I told them I was missing an item and she said “oh a Mac and cheese.” I said yes, she didn’t even respond, just put me on hold. A few seconds later Dee picked up the phone saying “this is the GM.” I explained what happened to her and she asked me what was missing. I told her the first girl already knew, so it must be sitting there. She said “no, we made and packaged that. I can credit your account $6.” I said no I want a refund. She said “we can’t issue you a refund when I know we didn’t do anything wrong.” I said, so you’re calling me a liar? She then repeated the credit and I said, I paid for something I didn’t receive, I want a refund. She got loud and said no. I said there’s no need to have an attitude and she hung up on me. I called back, she answered, I said hi is this Dee the GM who just hung up on me? She said “yes, you can’t get an attitude with me and tell me what to do.” I said I never told you what to do and you were the one with the attitude, not me. Please give me the owner or DMs phone number please. She gave me a number, I called multiple times and it went to VM every time. I have had multiple issues with this Pizza Hut in the past but never anything this bad. Please NEVER visit this location unless something changes with the staff!!!
