  The manager trains their employees very well as they were respectful and accepting offering the best service and giving excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this store as there is no other like it

  The staff is great and the GM ms.cross goes above and beyond to make the guest feel respected and appreciated if I could give this store 20 stars I would I love it at the frankford pizza hut

  We hardly eat out or get take out anywhere due to saving funds. my husband directed me to order from the Castor avenue store instead--due to this place forgetting bread sticks the one time before. I dismissed his claim and said that we should give them another chance since it has been around 2 months since we've eaten here. The staff were very nice upon pickup, but we had one breadstick order that was missing. They reimbursed us at the register for the one, which was okay for us since we already had another order of breadsticks. We also ordered two pan pizzas and received two hand tossed pizzas. ($ difference) At that point when we noticed when we got home, we just ate it instead of having them remake it. I'm not angry about everything, and I do know that the employees look like young kids just trying to get by. All I know is that I will be going to the castor avenue Pizza Hut and listening to my husband once in a while. Make sure you check your food and your quantity of food before going out that door. Food was okay, but could have been a ton better. I hope it was just an off day for them.

  Very disappointed with my recent Pizza Hut order. I ordered a large 3-topping pizza, but when I picked it up, I was given two medium boxes with only 2 slices in each because they ran out of large boxes, which was already unusual. The attached photos are untouched and exactly how the pizza looked upon opening my boxes. It got worse when I arrived home and realized the pepperoni was completely missing. When I called the store, I spoke with Christian, who was polite, but informed me they had run out of pepperoni and could not remake the pizza. Instead, I was offered a credit for a future order. While I appreciate his professionalism, this is completely unacceptable. I paid for a specific order and didn’t receive what I paid for, with no real resolution provided at the time. This was our first time experiencing something like this, and I am extremely dissatisfied. We only chose this location because it’s my husband’s preference, but even he agreed we’ll likely go with Domino’s Pizza next time, especially since it’s just a couple of blocks away.

  I went to that restaurant for their $10 pizza special, which includes up to three toppings. To begin with—despite the online status indicating that my order was ready—I had to wait in the store for about 10 minutes because it was NOT actually ready. I ordered three pizzas, and right off the bat, they handed me six boxes—with every single pizza split in half (apparently because they did NOT have boxes large enough to hold a whole pizza). The pizzas were undercooked and lacked sufficient tomato sauce, making them dry. That was my first visit, and it will be my last. I definitely do NOT recommend that anyone buy these pizzas.
