  They made a mistake on the pizza and got annoyed I didn’t want to return the messed up pizza until I saw the order was correct. Person on the phone lied and said they couldn’t do a refund because they didn’t have a manager on shift. Will not order there again.

  Not sure what’s going on.. but the manager I think his name is Perry, always has his team smiling and fired up and helping customers. I’ve been there at times when it was nonstop and they handled it like professionals.. when I want pizza , I go to this particular Pizza Hut cuz I know I’m going to get my monies worth! Can’t wait

  I go to this Pizza Hut atleast twice a month maybe more in the summer but I’ve always been a Pizza Hut fan since I was alittle girl. Pizza huts weren’t even in Philly back in the day so to have one close to me is great. They make a really good pizza at this location BUT when I say they have thee worst service OMG! Everytime I call ahead when I get there it’s NEVER ready mind you I order 1 HR ahead. The manager comes out looking like SpongeBob! How a grown man working around food with his head looking like that is crazy to me. So when I get there pay for a pizza that’s not ready yet he comes and says oh I can’t find it they gave it away! No apology No 10% off No coupon! He says you want another one!? Well what you think after I waited a hr and a half to eat. Now don’t get me wrong they make a great pizza the way you want it but the service SUCKS!

  Gave them a try because of a T mobile promo, they had me sign a receipt, i didn’t write in the total amount or tip and someone decided to write their own tip amount in charging my card
