  I tried to order 2 medium pizzas and it clearly says on the paper you can have two toppings each pizza for 7.99 And then the guy tells me no then I go online and it says you can and he still tells me no😡

  Got a “works” pizza missing 5 different toppings and undercooked. Manager blamed me for placing it wrong and hangs up on me. While on the phone discussing the issue, I’m double checking my order in the app, and it’s placed perfectly. Yet she says I have to repay for my pizza if I want it made correctly. I explain to her in my app it shows all the correct toppings. She says on her screen I removed all the toppings on a “works” pizza, then added two it didn’t have. I said I didn’t do that and it doesn’t show that on my app. She continues to insist that I placed the order wrong and have to reorder and repay in order to get the correct pizza. Then I ask “if I reorder the same pizza the same way they, wouldn’t it get made wrong again?” Then hangs up on me. Pizza also came undercooked, almost wet. With lazy topping distribution. Terrible customer service. Awful food. Never order here!

  ZERO STARS!!!! Very disappointed with my experience with Papa John’s tonight. I placed a delivery order for 3 pizzas, wings, and soda, and after ordering I was told the delivery time would be around 50 - 55 minutes. I waited patiently, but after more than an hour passed, I still had no food, no updates, and no phone call from the store. I decided to call myself to see what was going on, and that’s when they told me they never even made my order because they couldn’t find a delivery driver. What makes this even worse is that nobody thought to contact me and let me know. If I never called, I probably would have kept waiting all night for food that was never coming. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. If a store can’t deliver an order, the least they can do is notify the customer instead of leaving them waiting with no communication. I wasted over an hour expecting food for my business and hungry workers, only to find out the order was never even started. Very frustrating experience and definitely not recommend to anyone after this experience.

  I ordered the steak and mushroom sandwich with cheese, with onions and no green peppers,while pointing to the sign on the window. At first the guy thought I wanted a pizza, but the nice lady helped him and got the sandwich menu up on the screen for him— I think they clicked the wrong sandwich. Because what I asked for while pointing to the sign on the window, and what I received, were two totally different things. I noticed the sticker on the box and was already eating it. But they definitely typed in Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with no green peppers. I asked for the steak & mushroom sandwich with onions and no green peppers. Bread was delicious, meat was overcooked, but there were no mushrooms and they didn’t use enough of the garlic truffle sauce and I ordered it with cheese. No cheese either. I didn’t have time to return it bc I was omw to work nearby in the same plaza and only had a limited amount of time to eat it before I had to clock in. All bc I worked a shift that didn’t require a break that day, so I was trying to get there early enough. I also clearly said aloud that I wanted the steak & mushroom with cheese and onions, no green peppers. I no longer have the box with the sticker but would love a replacement and actually get what I ordered. I may still have the paper receipt. Definitely have it in my phone though bc I used ApplePay.

  I order for delivery they said food would be half hour 45 minutes an hour and 15 minutes later no food so I called and they said they don't have a driver but tried to call me back I never got a call back from them at all
