  Love this Papa John's. The guy who runs this place is an absolute gentleman. Pizza is always delicious. I know its Papa John's, but its different when you can tell that they care about the quality and what theyre sending out. Great service, always clean, and quality food. You cant go wrong

  Strike three. Never patronizing this place again. Today was the last straw. I ordered ahead for take out. According to the app, my food was ready for pickup after a few minutes. Went to pick up my order and there was one person there. My order wasn't ready and the employees said it would be thirty to fourty five minutes. I said well the app said my order was ready. He complained that he was the only one there. So why tell me it was ready? I would have waited come and pick up my order. I was appalled at the fact that he was also preparing food without gloves. Touching chicken then making pizza without washing his hands.my fist visit was similar. My second, I ordered delivery and it took forever. The lobby was full of people in the same predicament as myself, and several people started asking for refunds,I finally asked for my money to be refunded which he did grudginly. I went up the street and got a better pizza for less money. If this is the norm here, I don't see this place being open for long. Whoever the owner is, I hope you read this and get in there and get your hands dirty until it's staffed.

  2 of the workers were having a smoke break ,1 of them (female)opened the door immediately went back to making pizza, not 1 oz of soap😫 The pan pizza was terrible as well…It was way too soft!

  Went inside to place an order & watched the guy making the pizza use his teeth to open the bag of sauce and then spit the piece he broke off into the air. Standing right on top of the dough!!! Completely unsanitary and right in front of my face so just imagine what he does when the store is empty. I walked right back out, you couldn’t pay me to eat here anymore!

  This was my new favorite papa Johns it was ran well by to black brothers. Customer service was great and pizza was always good. Today I stopped by to get pizza for the fan and it's new people running it. The man was very hairy no hair net he was outside talking came back inside took order and then immediately touched pizza dough and pressing it without gloves and without washing his hands. I cancelled the order right then no thank you, very unsanitary new people running Papa on Wadsworth. Bring my guys back
