This place has the worse sushi that I ever had, not to mention the hair on my food.

So this is my first time here I took my best friend out for dinner and since it was BYOB we brought our wine, which was not an issue and wanted all you can eat sushi! So we chose this place because the high reviews we saw online…. Or so, we thought!
Now before I get into details, I want to say that our waitress was really sweet Every time We interacted with her and even when we brought a complaint to her. We made sure we tipped her well explained how we felt about the food and how she should alert someone just on the facts of my Culinary and foodie background. Again, we tipped her well, we paid the bill however we will never be back!
Now to the issues! Blowing attached to photos of pretty much what we ordered we’re really excited to dig in! The first roll I had, I didn’t really sense anything However, it wasn’t until I got to the eel, cucumber and eel avocado roll And I could not eat it I tried a few different pieces cause sometimes some pieces aren’t good(Too greasy, maybe overcooked that one spot whatever) However, when I got back to that pieces of the eel either Boney, Super fatty/Greasy Or the fact that I couldn’t eat a piece or so, I just gave up! I tried the Godzilla role way too greasy from deep frying, which is understandable because you know it’s fried… However, it wouldn’t hold a shape every time I picked it up and everything tasted a bit off… Again, maybe it’s me or so. I thought my friend who was Also eating their food was concerned about the color of the salmon and the fact that something smell off! You still try to give the place of benefit of the doubt and just move to a different roll on our plate. I knew it was over when I ate the salmon tempura roll And the smell hit me before touched my lips! Think about salmon, you baked in the air fryer, overcooked, forgot about it left it in the fridge for three days And thinking I could still heat this up! NO! It was dry smelled overly of old fish smell. The taste was nothing but oil and honestly, everything was bland.! on a lesser note, most of the sushi was not properly wrapped so they kept falling apart! This is when I was at my end! The only OK thing I ate was the jalapeño poppers, which is the only thing I really enjoyed despite figuring it out that it was two jalapeños that was served! When we asked for the check, I explained to the waitress about the food because she was concerned and asked if we wanted to take the food home and I said no thank you! Maybe it was because it was a Thursday night, I don’t know honestly I don’t care when you’re serving raw food and the colors are all too pale. The smell is not right the cheese/cream cheese taste a bit off. I’m out of everything it’s either fatty, greasy, oily, bland, and A sickly looking color! Just don’t do it! I woke up terribly ill! Like the food was trying to sit into my stomach and I’m happy that it didn’t and I got it out of my system before hand!
In a nutshell, ninja sushi and hibachi please fix whatever you need to fix!

Chicken broccoli was ok but soup was nasty, didn't finish it, my friends ordered lots of sushi - they said it was ok just on expensive side for what it is, place looks "worn out", even menu booklet was very well used up

I used to be a regular customer at Ninja Sushi and ordered from them many times, but honestly, my last experience was very disappointing.
I clearly explained several times that I wanted noodles, something like spaghetti or stir fried noodles. I said it at least four times because I wanted to make sure the person understood me. But in the end, I still received a completely different dish with rice. It was not what I asked for at all.
The packaging was also really bad. The bag and containers were covered in grease, everything looked messy, and the food was packed without any care. I paid quite a lot for this order, so I really expected better.
I understand that mistakes happen, and normally I am patient about things like this. But when I explain the same thing four times and still get the wrong food, and the whole order is greasy and badly packed, it is very frustrating. Especially because I was a regular customer and always liked this place before.
I will attach photos so people can see exactly how the order looked when I received it. After this experience, honestly, I do not know if I will order from Ninja Sushi again.
P.S. The guy at the counter told me there was nothing he could do, which honestly made no sense. He was standing right there at the register, and instead of trying to fix the mistake or even call someone who could help, he just acted like it was not his problem.
