  They take forever usually and sometimes don’t bring out the order when you have a table number. Annoying yeah but I get it. Other than that the place is fine

  They renovated this place, got new staff....nothing changed but the building. Still have poor customer service, cold food, homeless hangouts and child like attitudes. Penn needs to do better if this Mcdonalds wont meet the basic standards

  As a customer I was shocked at the behavior of this McDonald's employees and the manager ...the employees were playing around literally playing around while they had a lobby full of customers the manager was playing around with the employees not delegating any responsibility just letting them do whatever they wanted to do it was 6 o'clock in the morning and some employees were leaving but there was still a lot of them left playing leaving behind the counter to hug the other employees while people are waiting. I had to ask her if she was the manager and tell her she is not being in charge she is just trying to be the employee friends and they are using that to take advantage of her. Customers and orders should come first instead of playing and when it's down time one can relax a bit. Very very unprofessional and thats why I avoid this place .

  Didn't put the correct things in my bag, also no silverware for 2 orders of hotcakes. Top 10 biggest cities in the usa and y'all don't put silverware in the bag like come on bro 🤣 over here eating these pancakes w my hands. Called the store and nobody answered.

  I hate McDonalds franchise overall. Everything about this place is dangerous - the food, the service, the atmosphere. The food is awful—cold, greasy, and tasted overly processed, like it was packed with artificial ingredients rather than anything fresh. It left me feeling like I’d eaten something my body would rather regret than forget. The service is just unimaginable, handled by incompetent people. Staff seemed uninterested, slow, and completely unorganized. It felt like no one cared whether customers were having a good experience or not. As for the atmosphere, it honestly felt uncomfortable and borderline unsafe. The place was messy, chaotic, and not somewhere you’d want to sit and eat. This place looks like it's packed with thieves and robbers who are just one opportunity away to attack you. The food here feels like poison, from coffee to burgers and fries and still people are stupid enough to buy them rather than supporting so many small stalls and shops and cafe personally owned which have actual food and coffee. Don't know why this mcd is taking a crap in the middle of a good busy street and making it worse. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be coming back.
