  I've been to far worse mcdonalds before but this one really leaves a lot to be desired, granted its in a busy area and fights in here are frequent but the level of security present seems a bit excessive. Expect to huddle around the pickup window inside or outside with a dozen other people trying to get an employees attention to see if your order is ready or not and if they call it out run up and grab it as fast as possible or they will set it aside until they come around again. takes at least 5 minutes every time no matter how early you order or what time of day. Decent chance at least one customer gets in an argument either with an employee or another customer and gets escorted out during your visit. Food I will say is reasonably high quality, no complaints.

  Placed a order online at 1:50am. Came 30 mins later to find place packed and that my order was not ready. I was a bit peeved since thats why I placed a online order but was ok to wait. After 30 minutes and other people yelling at staff I inquired again about order. This time a staff actually looked at phone and went to make it. Almost 50 minutes later I had my order and was so pissed because by that point the restaurant was empty. It seems in order to get service here you have to yell and berate the staff because they just brush you off otherwise. Whats worst is they of course forgot part of my order but by this point il never step food in this dirty place again.

  They take forever usually and sometimes don’t bring out the order when you have a table number. Annoying yeah but I get it. Other than that the place is fine

  They renovated this place, got new staff....nothing changed but the building. Still have poor customer service, cold food, homeless hangouts and child like attitudes. Penn needs to do better if this Mcdonalds wont meet the basic standards

  As a customer I was shocked at the behavior of this McDonald's employees and the manager ...the employees were playing around literally playing around while they had a lobby full of customers the manager was playing around with the employees not delegating any responsibility just letting them do whatever they wanted to do it was 6 o'clock in the morning and some employees were leaving but there was still a lot of them left playing leaving behind the counter to hug the other employees while people are waiting. I had to ask her if she was the manager and tell her she is not being in charge she is just trying to be the employee friends and they are using that to take advantage of her. Customers and orders should come first instead of playing and when it's down time one can relax a bit. Very very unprofessional and thats why I avoid this place .
