  It’s annoying trying to place an order as it appears on the display, but you actually have to say you want lettuce, onion, pickle etc. I always assumed it’s implied. Why would anyone want only a bread, cheese, and meat sandwich? Something is also wrong with the self serve counter. Someone needs to replace the receipt paper so you can confirm what your orders contains. No receipt paper, no immediate proof of purchase.

  Literally was told they can’t switch my soda out the Dr Pepper was no good no flavor real bitter taste nasty . Watched me take a sip and said we don’t change it out. Crazy

  They never have their machines working. Also don’t go at night, I have been there several times and was told to come back because they don’t have enough staff, they are taking cash only, or the drive through is closed just because. When you do get to finally order, good luck with getting any type of good customer service. I also put in an order through their app, when I pulled up to pick up the order I saw something new and looked good to try. I asked to add it on my order but was told I had to drive back around to get in line to order in person since my original order was through the app… weird.
