  The construction or parking lot cleaning was not well thought out. The driveway from woodland there's one lane and assumption that everyone is going to the drive thru Therefore one lane for drive thru while the other is blocked and when exiting you have to go thru drive thru again WAIT for the people ordering and pull up so that you can exit from side street. A car pulled in and attempted to go left and not drive thru and the service people began yelling to redirect but there's no signage for redirected Unsafe experience

  There is a white lady who sits in the side window and collects your money. Wow! She is always over the top rude. While on the phone with my husband who was trying to ask her a question she yelled and said can't you read look on your receipt. And No he struggles with reading. Won't go back to that McDonalds and I will tell everyone and anyone not to go to this McDonalds. It's sad out here with regards to good customer service

  They never follow instructions and the phone disconnected so you can't call then.

  Waiting forever for order, enough coworker, incompetence workers, complaining all the times, a lot pothole on the parking lot, business suppose to be good if everybody working together, but reality complaining all the times. corporate suppose to be looks into the store to serve customers better.
