  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at the McDonald’s on 57th and Vine Street. My husband and I went through the drive-thru, and the staff had nasty attitudes from the start. We were told they didn’t have a certain soda, so my husband asked for an Orange Hi-C instead. When we got to the last window to pick up our food, my husband accidentally dropped the straw wrapper out of the window. The employee came to the window saying “Really?” and seemed ready to argue with him over an accident, while the parking lot itself was already full of trash. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband had food from this same location the day before and had a great experience. This visit was completely different. Customers should not feel disrespected while spending their hard-earned money, even at a fast-food restaurant. McDonald’s really needs to hire people with better customer service skills. Everyone there seemed angry and unpleasant. I hope the owner or management of this location sees this review and addresses the issue, because this experience left us both very upset and “McPissed.”

  Every time I get my breakfast they get my order wrong. My order is usually egg and cheese sandwich, and what I get bacon or sausage in it. By the time I get to work, open my sandwich and I can't eat it.

  The most unrespectuful manager i never seen in macdonald, j have been custumer for a whille but this store is the worst

  The females that they have working the drive thru are beyond rude for absolutely no reason. The one with the colored twist ignored me in the drive thru for almost 10m and then had the nerve to call me a homophobic slur. I will be calling corporate and the store GM tomorrow morning.

  The staff is rude. The manager is crazy. She was yelling at the staff. To be honest, nobody should work there or eat from there. I had to turn around and leave the way that manager was treating. The staff was damn near treating them worse than her kids. It's a damn shame and of course they don't never get the order right
