  The wait in the Drive Thru line was pretty extensive, maybe more than 15 minutes before I was able to pull up to the the order speaker. The cashier when paying was very courteous and I waited no more than 3 minutes at the pickup window for my food. My food was fresh and hot so the wait was worth it.

  I was across the street at the laundromat doing close and I needed to wait for them to dry, so I walked over to McDonald's, I was starving. The food was good. What you expect from McDonald's, the service was fine and the place was nice and clean.

  I am constantly disappointed at the lack of professionalism from the employees at this McDonald's. I ordered a coffee and asked the cashier (red hair in pic) to give me the cream and sugar on the side so I could ad it myself. She replied to me saying that she couldn't do that and that " we don't do that here" I told her that I am a frequent customer and I know she can put it on the side. She proceeded to throw the money that I just gave her on the counter and just walked away. So the supervisor comes over (also in the pic) picks the money up and finishes the order. Not one time did the supervisor apologize for the employees' behavior. She literally just ignored me. What's so frustrating about the entire ordeal was that I didn't say anything sarcastic or have an attitude even after waiting in a 25 minute line to get to the counter to pay. I was actually patient because the cashier seemed like she was new. I understand that McDonald's might have difficulty finding good employees but my god...the attitudes, rudeness and just lack of basic customer service skills is appalling. Please provide (if you don't already) some sort of basic customer service training. Thank you

  The typical McDonald's. Young workers doing a lot of talking amongst one another. I waited for my order a little longer than I would expect but overall it wasn't that bad

  This McDonald's is horrible, dirty and unfriendly. The lanes are dirty it's always trash outside of the building. The lines are long,they barely have change they always ask for a credit or debit card. Some of the staff has a attitudes for know reasons. I really HATE to go there but unfortunately it's the only one on way to work . PLEASE MAKE A CHANGE OR RE STAFF
