- RBRinali BeltranMay 1, 20265.0We stopped going to this location bcoz of how bad the service was but today my daughter was so hungry and this is the closest one on our route, we we’re pleasantly surprised of how nice the person on the drive thru and how we didnt felt rush at all. We got to the pick up window and was greeted by the store Manager Andrei and he asked if we wanted condiments to go with our order. Very polite, friendly and helpful. It was the best drive thru experience. Excellent Manager and crew. We hope it stays this way.

There are at least 12 staff members here, but most of them barely do any work—it feels like the workload of only 4 people is actually being handled. The service attitude is terrible. Customers are paying, but the staff act like you owe them money. On top of that, the sundae portion was ridiculously small—clearly done on purpose. Definitely do NOT recommend this location.

When I finally did get my food, my medium fries were half full, my burger didn't have pickles on it, they were out of straws, and they forgot my sauce terrible experience.

The person who took my order was very kind, and Salma, who brought my food out, was incredibly nice and sweet. Their great service really made a difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often. The staff truly deserve recognition for their kindness and great service. 😊
