  I just had one of the worst experiences. I simply asked for information about my order, and one of the staff members responded rudely, telling me to stop asking questions. Their attitude was very uncomfortable, they seemed to be in a bad mood, and it even made me feel unsafe, as if they might react aggressively. I hope this is taken seriously and that customer service improves.

  04/15 4:49am I arrived to pick up my order through the drive thru and employee states they’re CLOSED until 5:30 . HOW IF I PLACE MY ORDER 20 minutes before arriving and order are still able to be submitted through the app honestly between this restaurant and the one on 5601 vine y’all both need managerial reconstruction!! The rude workers and the excessive incompetence/inconvenience is so far below their other competitors reputation.

  I came to look at the reviews to see if other people were missing stuff on their food. I guess this is what we get 90% of a community cannot read!

  I tried to tell shawty that my mobile order got canceled and refunded. I dont know why, but it refunded me soon as I walked in. Instead of listening. She got an attitude and told her manager I was rushing her. So I left with the free food. I'll take that as an apology for her poor manners. 👍🏾
