  First, Google map will try to confuse you. Just go to the Four Seasons Hotel, and go to the top 60th floor. The view is breathtaking and that alone is worth going for The food is creative french incorporating other cuisines techniques. It was very good although honestly I've had better ones out there. But the servers are very professional. Mr. Maxwell is very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations and checking on us to make sure we're ok. Food came out pretty quickly. Drinks were good and their cappuccino was very smooth. The only obvious downside: the music, sad to say it was so generic and did not add to the experience at all. But we'll come back again anyway

  Extraordinary. Beautiful venue for breakfast, lunch or dinner meetings or just a meal to enjoy the scenic views. Wonderful service and deliciously prepared menus.

  We had a confirmed reservation for a party of 6 at Jean-Georges Philadelphia on Sunday, May 3, 2026, as we were hosting a special guest visiting Philadelphia. Just 2 days before our reservation, we received a call from the manager informing us that our reservation was canceled due to a private event. They just found out this private event??? I made this reservation 4 weeks prior. This was extremely disappointing and honestly quite surprising for a restaurant at the level of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. It raises serious concerns about how reservations are managed. Are guests expected to honor strict cancellation policies (with credit card guarantees and penalties), while the restaurant can cancel confirmed reservations at the last minute with no accountability? Canceling a confirmed reservation with such short notice, especially for a larger party and special occasion, is not acceptable at this level of hospitality. For a brand that promotes excellence and guest experience, this was a very poor reflection of both professionalism and customer care.
