  This franchise should be shut down for health and sanitary violations. The man making the smoothies wasn't wearing gloves and he was handling money from multiple customers while touching the food and all of the surfaces. A lady asked him to put on gloves and or wash his hands. He refused and continued serving customers with his bare hands after handling money. DISGUSTING. Corporate needs to step in on this food safety nightmare.

  Was told at 10:40pm (8/9/26) that they were closed when it says online they are open til 11. Lights were on and employee was just sitting there clearly waiting for them to actually close so she could leave but was too lazy to make me something 20 minutes before close

  Just be honest and transparent about what the food costs so your customers can decide if they want to make the purchase or not. Don’t add random fees like “employee benefits fee” thinking they won’t notice.

  Horrible service. I stood there for a minute or two while this lady mopped, knowing I was there, but didn’t say a word. After she took my order she went back to mopping the floor until she was done and then made my drink. So ridiculous.

  Went and waited for 20 minutes today, there was obviously someone in the back we could hear them watching videos but they refused to come to the front and take any orders
