  I usually had a decent experience when ordering food through their app but suddenly they had stopped taking Apple Pay. That was already something that has been pissing me off since I didn’t want to put my card info on the app. It’s been months and they never fixed it! Today when I finally placed a pick up order of wings with two different sauces but only one of it came on the side. Before when I always ordered the wings, they never put it on the side but on the actually wings like any establishment does! When I called to informed that my wings are dry, the guy going to lie and claim it’s because I used a food delivery service but I ordered through their app as a PICK UP! Then he wanna claimed that they now put it on the side and that it was on me to put in the notes to request the sauce on the actual wings. He hung up on me twice while I was talking. I’m so frustrated because this is the first time the service has been this bad! Even when I came in my food wasn’t even ready and the girls were acting confused despite it being only two customers inside. I’m not wasting my time here anymore since they want to blame and lie on customers over their mistake!

  I walked in with my kids and vulgar music was played, I mean really vulgar music with F words! Also they charge extra on credit cards and don’t even tell you, no sign nothing. I found that out looking at my receipt once!
