  I was tracked down, yelled and cursed at, and further more physically threatened by an employee on August 16th around 9 pm when I entered the store stating I was with a service dog and did not initiate any contact with any person in the store. I spoked to the manager over the phone about half an hour after this very traumatic experience and received no concrete response on how future scenarios will be handled. I also reached out about this via customer service and on their website and received no response.

  The worker Jeremiah refused to answer very simple questions and at one point, admitted to not listening to us when we voiced concerns with certain products. This was not a customer-friendly experience and I hope that if Giant decides to become a comfortable place, he is reprimanded for his extremely argumentative attitude. Never coming back here.

  Wide variety of foods available from fresh fruit and veg, meats, dairy products, cereals, and snacks. Location wise is it very accessible to major places such as CHOP. However, it is quite cramped. The workers are very nice and helpful

  Not exactly sure what’s going on with the management at this store location but every other day there’s a manager away on a vacation; regularly there are long waiting lines with how short-staffed this store seems to be. They’ve been out of buzz balls for a couple of weeks now and when I’ve asked about it I’ve been told their beer lead was fired months ago and no one knows how to order. Not the first time they’ve been out of stock on something for long periods of time.
