No substitute , no raincheck, no points. They pretty much said "u out of luck. U should of got it early" well I tried to get it 4 days before easter n you sold out and you are saying you won't get any more . I could of spent my money else where and saved a bunch of money. Im always having issues with this damn location. Their customer service sucks!!!!!! Do NOT GO HERE!!
