  Service excellent with any staff member. Selection and quality in every area is great but fruits and vegetables is always top notch, specially if they are on sale ( budget friendly).

  We have been loyal customers for many years. In the past 6 or so months, we're not pleased with almost everything. Our expectations in service, quality of meats, freashents of fruit and produce has greatly diminished. Low stocks in most aisles. Many expired products in All of the merchandise. We're constantly having difficulty with the app, getting our points turned into the cash, and obtaining the coupons. It has come to the point where we have to shop elsewhere. Your staff and your prescripted answers to address these resent changes are bull. We would rather see actual change in your entire operation.

  I used Giant Direct but apparently they don’t have any lunch meat at the deli, since they out of stock the entire deli order. Ron, the manager I spoke with got the order fill, which I appreciate but then I have to go pick it up. What the point of paying the service fee and tipping the driver if I have to go get it myself anyway. This is the second time in three orders that this has happened. What’s the point of using the service if it doesn’t work.
