I went to this Giant supermarket on Sunday, October 11th. As usual, I was using the self-checkout. Suddenly, the employee from the floral department walked by and looked at me; less than a minute later, she came back, looked at me again, and walked away. Two minutes later, the security guard approached, looked at me, and I heard him say, "Oh, this guy," before walking off... I find the way they acted quite strange. When I finished at the self-checkout and was leaving with my receipt and bags, the security guard was already outside, right by the main entrance. As I walked out—without triggering the security alarm—the guard immediately went back inside and started talking to that same floral department employee. I consider that kind of treatment extremely offensive and discriminatory. I don't think I will ever go back to that supermarket.

GIANT DIRECT IS AWFUL they are incompetent. Gave my order away to quote “Some guy” without verifying. waiting 30min in my car never came out. I went in and the line is incredibly long only to be told my order was gone Terrible terrible experience.

Just stopping in to use the bathroom. But I noticed they had some beautiful stacking pumpkins if you're looking for fall decor! On sale 2/$12
