  5 stars! As someone from Kentucky, I’ve always loved Kroger. Ever since I moved to Philadelphia, I’ve been looking for something similar, and Giant has that same hometown grocery store feeling. They even carry similar soda selections! I really love it here.

  This is my favorite grocery store. Giant foods have everything from money orders, check cashing, and grabbing everyday essentials.

  First time in this one. Looked organized and clean inside. Parking lot has slopes, so loading was awkward, had to hold a shipping cart with one hand so it wouldn't run away from me, lol

  The are no more Giant Direct trucks in my area. My food gets delivered late in some women's beat up car probably with no AC. I'm done

  This Giant is awful after this last experience I’m never coming back and if i could give this place zero stars i would. Saturday afternoon and they only have one cashier. Their self checkouts are awful, either they are off or employees have to come over several times to assist you because self checkout just doesn’t work. Someone had to assist us nearly every time we scanned something because the scale wasn’t recognizing our items. Hire more employees to work the registers or stocking, hire more employees because this place sucks. Unorganized and understaffed. In response to giants reply: I started going to this giant in September of 2025. Since then i’ve done several surveys all asking for the same thing, more cashiers. This has not changed and i doubt it will change just because i complain again. i will simply go back to shopping at aldis and acme. They’re cheaper too.
