  I placed an order directly through Five Guys website, thinking it would be a seamless process. Boy, was I wrong. For some reason, despite me having a closer Five Guys - my order was placed at a location on the opposite side of the city (automatically, no way to edit/update). At 8:51pm EDT, I received the first message from the delivery driver Emmanuel, who told me the machine is down & that I could get soda instead. Let them know it was fine - however I had my concerns since I would need to be refunded the difference. Figured i would wait until the order completed. I'm alerted at 8:59pm EDT my order is on it's way via GrubHub delivery. 30 minutes go by, and the live tracker still shows the driver is by the store. I text them for an update at 10pm, I don’t hear from them and, after not getting an answer, I gave them a call using the number provided by GrubHub. The driver let's me know that they contacted GrubHub themselves to complain about the distance they'd need to travel to complete the delivery (at least 30 minutes), and GrubHub canceled the order "They told me to dispose it." GrubHub's tracker confirmed that a new driver was assigned to pick up the order from the same store. After speaking with the driver I called the Five Guys location who informed me they handed the order off and was not notified of any cancellations. They also recommeded I contact GrubHub for additional support. I contacted GrubHub directly and, after giving them the Order Number their tracker assigned, the representative said they could not find my order and "Since the order was made through the merchant, please contact them directly." At 10:30pm, I contacted the Five Guys location once more and they informed me that two additional drivers were sent from GrubHub to pick up the same order, and that they never received a request from GrubHub to remake the order, so those drivers all cancelled the order as well. The store management assured me that they are unable to do anything but receive the order and give it to the drivers. "You can have GrubHub call us and I'll tell them myself wr can't do anything." I finally received a cancellation from Five Guys in my email, so I located their corporate customer service number and worked with a representative to put in a claim for a potential refund. The rep was unable to give me an ETA on when their customer care would contact me regarding the situation. The entire ordeal was two hours of bouncing between Five Guys and GrubHub, neither of which claims they're able to do anything about my order, before the order is ultimately canceled. Horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend ordering through Five Guy's App/Website. As an aside, all the Five Guy's representatives from the store level to corporate were wonderful and did the best they could.

  We love this location the whole crew is amazing. The food is always perfect and fresh, great customer service and always clean. We sometimes stop twice a week it’s that good! We love our 5 guys crew! Thank you!

  Absolutely DISGUSTING! Burnt burger, burnt cold fries and black crunchy bacon. This location is an absolute disgrace.

  I've always thought that Five Guys had excellent burgers and fries. I went to this particular store one day at lunch and I have to say out of all the Five Guys I have been to, this Five Guys is something special. Not only was my lunch the best burger I have ever had but the service and the atmosphere was second to none. I would recommend this place 100%. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a fast food burger place, I guess that is why 3 weeks later im still thinking about it😄. Thank you again.
