Misty is an absolutely ray of sunshine and happiness! Exceptional customer service skills with a bright personality that brings warmth to all her interactions. Very helpful and kind to everyone she greats and assists. You can tell she helps bring the team together for great flow of service. The energy in this whole location was great and I will absolutely be back to this one, even tho I live closer to another five guys.

I didn’t even go to Five Guys to eat—I was just accompanying a friend who stopped in to recharge his gift card and get some extra points. But what I witnessed was enough to guarantee I’ll never step foot there again.
Three staff members (one girl and two guys) were outright rude—smirking, laughing, and talking down to my friend when he asked simple questions about their own system. The worst part? They clearly didn’t even understand how it worked themselves. Ignorant and arrogant is a wild combination.
They eventually called the manager, who was slightly more composed, but still carried the same dismissive, almost mocking tone. No accountability, no professionalism—just a lack of basic maturity across the board.
The service didn’t make things any better. Slow, inattentive, and completely lacking any sense of care. It felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than the reason the place exists.
The only "okay" thing about this place is that they gave nuts for free. Laughable! How this place can afford to be rude and give away nuts for free.
Didn’t eat the food, didn’t need to. The service alone was bad enough to write this place off completely.

Unfortunately this shop contracts with Doordash for online orders. Took 1hr+ for order to arrive and an item was missing. Not worth the hassle. Of course Doordash blames the Five Guys staff but it is impossible to know - there is just no accountability for order accuracy like this. It would be better if this shop hired its own delivery instead of relying on 3rd party delivery.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
