- SKSara KarabegSep 7, 20261.0This is my second time at this location and it will be my last. I got a simple lil burger and lil fries and it was so bad. The burger was cold with cold mushrooms? I thought they were supposed to be grilled. Burger was drenched in ketchup can’t even taste the burger itself. The fries were inedible there was so much salt on them I can’t feel my tongue. Awful so bad, NO DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE! $15 for crap.
- PCP CSep 4, 20261.0My experience at Five Guys on 37th and Spruce Street was extremely disappointing. 🤢 I observed employees wearing the same gloves while cleaning and then handling customers’ food without changing them. This raises serious concerns about proper food-handling and sanitation practices. Gloves should be changed between cleaning tasks and food preparation or handling to prevent cross-contamination. I hope management address this issue and ensures that proper health and sanitation procedures are being followed.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
