  Bad customer services! Staff never wants to service customer's at 6 am when opening next to a hospital.. No sandwiches are never available to order, etc! The younger staff runs in the back to avoid customer's who wants a sandwiches made.. They're working near a hospital where 80% of their business comes from.. But the morning staff careless about customer's..

  I was very excited to see a Dunkin being put around the corner from my job. The Staff is very friendly and the establishment is always clean when I come in. My order is correct 9/10 and thats okay because we're all human and make a mistake here and there. What I appreciate is the professionalism and how they go about correcting a mistake. Not everyone does that, but I can thanfully say the team on Chestnut street does. -Bacon Jam Girl

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I arrived with my two‑year‑old son urgently looking for the restroom, only to find it locked and requiring a code. The staff clearly saw me walk toward the restroom — it was empty — so I went to the counter to ask for the code. There was a sign saying the restroom was for customers only, so I made a quick purchase. After paying, they told me they wouldn’t give me the code because the restroom was “already closed,” even though the store itself was still open. They said they close the restroom long before closing time and were “about to close,” which made no sense. When I checked the store’s closing time on Google afterward, it showed they still had more than an hour before closing. Terrible service and zero consideration, especially for a parent with a small child. I won’t be coming back.
