  The new owners here and management are horrible. I have worked in the food industry many years have always tried to be above and beyond respectful to them considering how hard it is to work in that field. I used to come to this Dunkin everyday as well as my family/friends. Today I came in and thought my coffee looked a little dark, no biggie, went in and asked nicely can I please have just a little more oat milk in my iced latte? She told me no and argued with me about how the machines decide how much milk to put in there. I said no biggie I won’t order it again but just for this one time can I please just have some more oat milk she argued with me for 10 minutes about this. The older gentlemen in there explained to me to not waste my breath because she is a horrible manager and argues with all of the customers. Safe to say me, my family, and friends will not be coming back here anymore. She was so rude and unreasonable over some oat milk.

  I thought it was just me but two other people said, what i thought the coffee is really weak. Can't go there if coffe is bad.

  I have NEVER experienced this level of disrespect at a Dunkin’ before. I ordered and paid for a small latte with oat milk. After receiving my drink, I simply asked for a little more oat milk. Another employee was perfectly willing to add some for me, but a woman who appeared to be the manager or owner immediately intervened and REFUSED to allow her to do it, insisting, “That’s how a latte comes.” What made the situation so disturbing wasn’t even the oat milk it was the hostility, dismissiveness, and completely unnecessary attitude over such a simple request. I was a paying customer asking for a small adjustment to a drink I had just purchased. There was absolutely no reason for me to be treated as though I was asking for something outrageous. The interaction was so uncomfortable and unnecessarily hostile that I genuinely walked away questioning whether I was being treated differently because of my race. I do not make accusations like that lightly, but when someone treats you with that level of contempt over something so minor, it leaves you wondering what exactly warranted that response. I have visited plenty of Dunkin’ locations and have NEVER encountered an employee especially someone who appeared to be in management behave this way toward a customer. If this is how customers are treated over a splash of oat milk, I can only imagine how other concerns are handled. Completely unacceptable, extremely unprofessional, and easily one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’ franchise. I will not be returning to this location.

  The manager is an asian lady that harassed me for sitting and drawing. She said I don't buy anything. I normally buy either a black coffee with old fashioned or chocolate glazed a donut. Some times I buy a chai latte. I sit for about 1-2 hours reading, writing or drawing... Sometimes I get in a conversation with the 3 to 5 Italian guys that sit over in there for up to 1-2 hours as well. About three weeks ago after the Italian guys left the manager told me to leave. All of her reasons stated: " you don't buy anything" "You brought something here from some where eals" "You pluged your phone in the wall" I pointed out to the dunkin manager: "I didn't buy anything yet today.. and her staff made me a chai latte just yesterday." "I always have a 7-11 product cause I'm allowed to and I work there. Then she come over with a giant fan and told me to move cause she needs the wall shocked to mop the floor. I told her to use another shocked. This dunkin manager never said anything to a white guy sitting in the dunkin eat tasty cake donuts. This dunkin manager never said anything to the white guy who had his laptop plugged into the wall. This dunkin manager recorded me on her phone sitting and getting up to get out her camera's view. This dunkin manager call the police and said I threatened to hit her. Of course I'm black... This dunkin manager have an issue with that.
