In diverse occasioni ci è capitato di trovare molti prodotti mancanti, cosa piuttosto deludente soprattutto quando si entra con l’intenzione di ordinare qualcosa di specifico. A rendere l’esperienza ancora meno piacevole è stato il personale, che abbiamo trovato spesso poco disponibile e, in alcuni casi, decisamente scortese. Un atteggiamento del genere fa davvero la differenza, soprattutto in un locale dove ci si aspetterebbe un servizio veloce, cordiale e attento al cliente. Peccato, perché Dunkin’ è un posto che conosciamo e che in altre città ci ha lasciato un’impressione molto migliore. I punti vendita di Philadelphia, invece, ci hanno deluso parecchio sia per la disponibilità dei prodotti sia per il comportamento del personale. Mi auguro che possano migliorare entrambi questi aspetti, perché l’esperienza complessiva è stata davvero negativa.

Who wants a bacon egg and cheese with a slice so artificial it doesn’t even melt? Company wanted to save $0.05 on cheese and lost a customer for good. Never going back.
